ONE YEAR WARRANTY
At Archero, we are dedicated to the quality of our products! By utilizing high-quality materials and expert craftsmanship, we ensure the durability and excellence of our products. With our one-year warranty policy, we are committed to repairing or replacing any item that is covered under this warranty.
WHAT IS COVERED
Archero products covered by our one-year warranty are warranted to the original owner against materials and manufacturing. Our warranty applies exclusively for products purchased from our website, www.thearchero.com or with an authorized Archero retailer.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This warranty does not cover defects due to normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, improper use, alteration, accidents, tampering, improper storage or negligence. Normal wear and tear includes, but is not limited to, chips, dings, scratches, or wear on finish or consumable parts caused by normal use.
STARTING A CLAIM
To initiate a warranty claim, please email our team hello@thearchero.com. Be sure to include your full name, order number, proof of purchase and provide a detailed description and photos of the reason for the warranty claim.
We appreciate your honesty when providing information about your claim. Please ensure that your description of the issue is truthful and presented in good faith. Archero reserves the right to deny any claim if there are suspicions of fraud or deceptive intent. Thank you for your understanding!
Once Archero receives a warranty claim that meets the eligibility requirements, we will take a closer look at the issue you’ve described. This may involve asking you to send the product to us for an in-person evaluation. We’ll then carefully determine, at our discretion, whether the damage falls under the coverage of our warranty.
SHIPPING COSTS
If the issue is due to a defect on our part, we will cover the shipping costs. However, for regular wear and tear or any damage caused by the customer, the customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to us.
